The breakfast is warm, with bagels, waffles and toast. This hotel has convenient location to all the major sites.

Clean and fine hotel, comfortable location in a good neighborhood. Free breakfast and updated room with a nice decor. A great selection of facilities like: central heating, cable programming, and a microwave oven.

Recently refurbished affordable hotel with great value, we had a fairly nice stay. Enjoyed the way our fairly quiet room with a king sized bed was arranged.

The staff were very attentive and attentive and check-in was early. Had a cheap and well-maintained room with electronic devices, bathroom, and I couldn't ask for more.

our stay at the comfort inn was fantastic. it was even better than our previous visit to washington. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us a spacious suite for our family of five. the room was spotlessly clean, with crisp sheets, a strong hot shower, and a working heater. it was just what we needed for a comfortable night's sleep.

There was no advertising that there was a shuttle available from station to hotel. Road was closed and so walking took almost 1hr. Not what we would call near the station. Also at hotel, it took check in staff a long time to find our booking

This hotel should not be advertised as "near Union Station." It is a 2 mile walk and should only be described as such if it is a reasonable distance. The free shuttle to the station did not run between 11am and 5pm. What good is that to anyone? We were charged for the room safe at the hotel even though we did not use it or request it. When we questioned this we were told by the staff that everybody has to pay for it whether you use it or not. In that case it should be included in the room price when you book it so you know what you are paying for. In effect it became a compulsory add on. This is unacceptable and totally ridiculous. The hotel seemed only interested in taking as much money from you as possible. Very poor.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast that was included. The beds provided a great night's sleep, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready for the day's activities. Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and tasty, providing a good start to the day. Another advantage was the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated close to popular attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the hotel was not as close to Union Station as advertised.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I mostly enjoyed the high speed Internet in the room. I think every hotel should have this available to it's guests.

The shuttle bus that supposidly took guests to union station only fit 13 people so you had to sign up a day or 2 before in order to be able to use this service and everytime I tried to sign up or the shuttle thy would tell me the shuttle is full and there is no space so I never go to use the shuttle at all during my stay. I ended up having to call a can everytime I wanted to go to the station which cost me around 12$ (one way) depending on the traffic. In short, the shuttle service was completly useless and therefore the location of the hotel was very inconviniant and I don't believe I will be staying there again. Also, There wasn't anybody around to help with my luggage.

Not very helpful at front desk to give us clear information about shuttle times. Seemed put out when we asked. We experienced some unnecessary problems because of this/

The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a microwave. The hotel offered free parking, internet, and breakfast. The location was convenient for visiting the State Dept and there was a free shuttle to Union Station. The front desk clerk, Dennis, provided excellent service.

The location 'near Union Station' is misleading. The hotel is a considerable distance from the station, and the shuttle bus does not operate between 1100 and 1700.

The staff were very attentive and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn for business purposes in Washington. My stay was for two nights and I was very impressed. The staff was incredibly nice and flexible, offering us a spacious suite that comfortably accommodated our family of five. The room was exceptionally clean with crisp sheets, a strong hot shower, and a working heater. The location was also convenient for accessing my work obligations.

The hotel is not near Union Station. The shuttle that ran from the hotel to Union Station had limited hours. There neighborhood that the hotel was located in was poor and run down. There was a long wait for taxis from the hotel I was turned down 4 times by taxi drivers who would not take me to the hotel. There is a train that runs behind the hotel that can be heard at all hours
